Fiona operates a 27,000 stock unit sheep and beef finishing operation in Tapanui, West Otago. Fiona is on the Beef + Lamb NZ Farming for Profit Steering Group. She is a former South Island Farmer of the Year. She is a Director of three farming companies and also holds a National Diploma in Ambulance Practice and is a Volunteer Ambulance Officer.

Tony O’Boyle was elected to the Silver Fern Farms Board in December 2015. He is a Wairarapa sheep and beef farmer. Tony is a current director of Farmlands and is a past Chairman of the Fonterra Shareholders Council.
